BKO Concorde Chase - Hawley and Hornley
Having been to the theatre last night I got in rather late. This meant that getting out of bed this morning was a bit of a challenge, but getting out of bed was well worth it. Really enjoyed the event today and liked the area.
I started well and managed to keep a good consistent pace over the first part of the course. Also my direction was good and staying on a bearing was going well. Through the middle part of the course I made a couple of bad route choices and lost a few minutes at 9 and 11. I managed to pull it together for the last part of the course, even though I was struggling to keep my pace going and my running even.
