Terry Pratchett’s Feet of Clay: A Discworld Murder Mystery dramatised by Stephen Briggs

On Saturday I went with friends to the theatre to see Terry Pratchett’s Feet of Clay: A Discworld Murder Mystery dramatised by Stephen Briggs. Rather good it was.

The dramatisation, was on the whole, impressive. They probably left in a bit much in the first half, which meant they had to cut a little too much from the second half. However, the play flowed well and came in at around two hours, which seemed about right.

The actors were good and the people in the main roles carried them off well. The people playing Carrot and Nobbs particularly stood out as being fairly much spot on with my mental image of the characters.

They used plenty of music during the play – mainly during scene changes. Particularly before each time the watch came on they played various pieces from detective series.

Might just go to the next one they do!
